They do taste good though, especially as I am a huge chocolate fan!

Okay the chocolate!
Well I am not going to say very much about these! I think pictures speak a thousand words in this case. Needless to say the day I made them, the cakes have taken on how I felt!!
I feel much better today, so hopefully the next batch will rise!
They do taste good though, especially as I am a huge chocolate fan!

This sooo happens to me too - normally I make perfect muffins without fail - then when I have a day where I'm trying to do too much or my heart is not really in the baking rythm they sink or burn or come out still runny in the middle - the way I feel when this happens is usually a pretty good reflection of why it happened! Best wishes for some happy batches!
